It’s only Tuesday, and it’s already been a crazy busy week. I’m trying not to let that affect my diet. Stress makes me want to eat and being tired makes me not want to take the time to plan healthy meals. I’ve done okay with my diet, but I don’t think I’ve really lost any weight yet. (Possibly one pound.) I’m still in the stage where I’m dragging around wishing I could have a Mellow Yellow. If I can make it through the week, I think next week will be better. I hope.
I was bad this evening, and gave in and had some ice cream. It was so gross! It was way too rich and salty (?) and I didn’t enjoy it at all. I guess that’s good. I suppose I’m just not used to eating something like that now. Yuck! If I could just be disgusted by all of the unhealthy foods that I like, there would be no way I could not lose weight. Haha.
I’m really considering trying the Online Weight Watchers program. I know all of the right things to eat, but I think that the structure of it might help me. It’s $65 for three months, so I’m trying to convince my mom to give me that as an early birthday present. I would never ask for someone else to pay for it (I don’t ask anyone for money) except that I just want it in place of a birthday present. I think she is going to do it, but I haven’t had a chance to talk to her much yet. I spent too much money getting my hair dyed black (not happy about the color), so I just can’t afford it right now. This is an expensive time of year for me. Shiloh’s birthday is in a couple weeks, plus I like to have her professional pictures done during her birthday month, and I had to buy her winter clothes, and Christmas is getting very close. Anyway, maybe I’ll get this as a birthday gift. If not, I’ll just keep doing what I’m doing.
I really have to start focusing on exercising again. I’ve been so busy and tired (Shiloh doesn’t sleep well when she’s teething) that I haven’t done any exercise. I’ll have to do better.

My friends and I jokingly say we’re on two diets because we can’t get enough food on the first one…
