Shiloh’s party was a hit. She loved it. The kids decorated guitars and the girls had makeovers (lip gloss, eye shadow, and glitter). Then they each posed for a “rock star” photo.
There were less kids than I was expecting because people kept cancelling. The flu seems to be going around and several of her friends, or their parents, were sick.
So a few of her friends werent’ there, but it all worked out. It was still noisy and fun with too much cake and some really cool presents.
And I’m tired. I slept nine hours last night and I’m still tired. But it’s a good tired.
I still can’t believe that my baby is going to be three on Tuesday!
Here are some pictures and there will probably be more later.

These are the guitars that I spent so much time on. The kids each got to decorate one with stickers.

This is Shiloh’s cousin, Owen. If we had had a rock star costume contest, he would have won.

And Shiloh’s cousin Ashlynn.

Blowing out the candles. (You can’t see it, but her cake is a guitar also.)

In all the craziness, I did manage to get pulled into one “cousin” photo. Odd how I’m the only one looking at the correct camera. (Of course there must be another picture out there where I’m the only one looking away from the camera.)

I guess that’s enough pictures for now. With four family members with cameras, I have more photos than I could ever ask for.

And if you were wondering, I put really thick makeup over the spot on her face. That’s why she isn’t wearing a bandaid. (The spot is about the size of a quarter and is on the middle of her right cheek.)

Lol you are the coolest mom ever! You are going to rock when you become a teacher. Seriously, this is exactly the type of creativity and craftiness that kids LOVE!
